David L. Garrison is the founder and President of Design Projects
Surveyors, Inc. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University
(then Southern Tech) in Marietta, Georgia in 1990. Since then, David has
been involved with the construction of landfill sites throughout the State of
Georgia. His experience includes both municipal solid waste (MSW) and
construction demolition (C and D) types. David has managed both the layout
aspect and certification aspect of each type of landfill. He has worked with
various construction companies and engineering firms. In general, David has
experience in boundary, topographical, 3-D tractor control modeling (DTM),
volumes, wetlands, communication towers and construction.

Tony Garmon is the lead technician and is in charge of bidding. He has
been surveying since 2001. Tony graduated from Dacula High School in
1996 and has a certificate in Surveying from Middle Georgia College. He is
now in the process of obtaining his LSIT. Tony has experience in boundary,
topographical, 3-D tractor control modeling (DTM), volumes, wetlands,
Autocad, Terramodel, Landfills, and construction.
